In a perfect world we could all have morning routines that set our day on fire and we are ready to go out and take on the world, but that is not reality. Life has little disruptions, things come up, and unfortunately morning routines (and routines in general)get disrupted.
Missing your Morning Routine can throw off your entire day and and thinking about how you missed it can add more stress. The last thing you want to do is to throw the whole day away, so give yourself some grace. I know it’s easier said then done, but try to go with the flow and make some adjustments. Whatever your routine consists of , find ways to get some of those things done throughout the day (you may have to meditate at your desk or workout later in the day) - you will feel better and it will have a positive impact on the rest of your day.
